MRM Update: Fishers’ Culinary Accelerator Moving Forward

The "If You Build it, They Will Come" saying is playing out in the City of Fishers, Indiana as concepts are signing on at The Yard, a $40-million endeavor to establish a culinary and entertainment center along an approximately 17-acre section along the southeast corner of 116th Street and IKEA Way. The development is expected to provide a total of approximately 148,000 square feet of space for restaurants, entertainment, service and shops and green space. Two concepts from St. Elmo Steak House operator Craig Huse—Burger Study and 1933 Lounge—will take spots and Sun King Brewery will develop a 13,000-square-foot, specialty production craft brewery and tap room. Burger Study will take 6,000 square feet, while 1933 Lounge will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet. All are expected to open in 2019.
