Safety must always be considered in business operations protocol, especially if you’re in the business of serving food. All out-of-home kitchens, including chains and independent restaurants, and non-commercial establishments such school cafeterias or ballparks/stadiums, have a safety responsibility to both their employees and the customers they are feeding alike.
